Built-in Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections in kitchen cabinetry.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials and protective films from the dishwasher.
  3. Prepare Cabinet Opening: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and is level and square.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use only new hoses.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose to drain connection with high loop to prevent backflow.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  7. Level the Dishwasher: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dishwasher is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Secure to Countertop: Use mounting brackets to secure dishwasher to underside of countertop.
  9. Test Run: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
