Built-in Dishwasher Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and has proper electrical and plumbing connections.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective packaging, tape, and shipping bolts from the dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the dishwasher inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose to drain connection with high loop to prevent backflow into dishwasher.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Position and Level: Slide dishwasher into opening and adjust leveling legs to ensure proper alignment with countertop.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Attach mounting brackets to underside of countertop to secure dishwasher in place.
  8. Test Operation: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Improper installation may void warranty and create safety hazards.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Dishwasher won't start Power issue, door not latched, child lock on Check power supply, ensure door is closed, check child lock setting
