Built-In Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Cabinet Opening: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions (24" width, 34-1/2" height, 24" depth minimum).
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, brackets and packaging materials from the dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use copper or braided stainless steel supply line.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose to drain connection with high loop to prevent backflow into dishwasher.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp circuit. Hardwire according to local electrical codes.
  6. Level the Dishwasher: Adjust leveling legs to ensure dishwasher is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Use mounting brackets to secure dishwasher to underside of countertop.
  8. Test Run: Run dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
