Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening is properly sized and level. Remove any old dishwasher and clean the area.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 15-amp circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  3. Water Supply Connection: Connect hot water supply line to dishwasher inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Drain Connection: Connect drain hose to sink drain or garbage disposal with proper air gap installation to prevent backflow.
  5. Position Dishwasher: Carefully slide dishwasher into cabinet opening, ensuring water and electrical lines are not pinched.
  6. Level and Secure: Adjust leveling legs and secure dishwasher to countertop or cabinet sides using mounting brackets.
  7. Final Connections: Connect water supply, check for leaks, and ensure drain hose has high loop under sink.
  8. Test Run: Run dishwasher through a test cycle to check for proper operation, leaks, and drainage.

Troubleshooting
