Built-In Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening is clean and level. Verify dimensions: 24" width, 34-1/2" height, 24" depth.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tape, and shipping braces from the dishwasher interior.
  3. Water Supply Connection: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use copper or braided stainless steel supply line.
  4. Drain Connection: Connect drain hose to garbage disposal or sink drain with proper high loop installation to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp circuit. Follow local electrical codes for proper grounding.
  6. Position and Level: Slide dishwasher into opening and adjust leveling legs to ensure proper alignment with countertop.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Attach mounting brackets to the underside of the countertop using provided screws.
  8. Test Operation: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
