Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Bucket
- Towels
Manual Drain Procedure
- Power Off: Turn off the dishwasher at the circuit breaker to ensure safety.
- Access Drain Area: Remove the lower dish rack to access the dishwasher interior.
- Locate Drain Filter: Remove the dishwasher filter assembly from the bottom of the tub.
- Prepare for Drainage: Place towels around the dishwasher and have a bucket ready to catch water.
- Manual Drain Hose: If equipped, connect the manual drain hose to the drain port and route to drain location.
- Drain Water: Use a wet/dry vacuum or manual pump to remove standing water from the dishwasher tub.
- Clean Filter: Thoroughly clean the drain filter and housing before reassembly.
