Built-in Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and is level. Clear area of debris.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective packaging, tape, and shipping bolts from dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to water inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose to drain connection with high loop to prevent backflow into dishwasher.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Position and Level: Slide dishwasher into cabinet opening and adjust leveling legs for proper fit and alignment.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Attach mounting brackets to underside of countertop to secure dishwasher in place.
  8. Test Run: Run dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
