Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Teflon tape
- Bucket or towels
- Level
Step-by-Step Installation
- Shut Off Water Supply: Turn off the main water supply and relieve pressure by opening a faucet.
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location under sink or in basement with access to water lines.
- Mount Bracket: Install mounting bracket securely to wall or cabinet using provided screws.
- Connect Water Lines: Connect inlet and outlet water lines using proper fittings and Teflon tape.
- Install Filter Cartridge: Remove protective covers and install the filter cartridge according to arrows.
- Check for Leaks: Slowly turn on water supply and check all connections for leaks.
- Purge System: Run water through filter for 5 minutes to remove air and carbon fines.
- Reset Filter Indicator: Reset the filter change indicator according to display instructions.
