French Door & Bottom Freezer Models

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Water line installation kit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance and access to electrical and water connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the refrigerator.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect water supply line to the refrigerator's water inlet valve for ice maker and water dispenser functionality.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
  6. Initial Setup: Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in to let refrigerant settle.
  7. Test Operation: Turn on the refrigerator, set temperature controls, and check ice maker and water dispenser operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
