Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit for electric models or 120V for control panel operation.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and operational for range hood models.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
