Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the oven interior and exterior.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit for electric models or 120V for control panel operation.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and operational for range hood models.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
