Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and access to gas/electrical connections on a stable, level surface.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. For electric models, ensure proper voltage requirements.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
