Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance from combustible materials and adequate ventilation.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe joint compound to all threaded connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure proper polarity and grounding.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test: Test all gas connections for leaks using leak detector solution. Do not use open flame.
  8. Initial Burn-in: Operate all burners and oven to burn off manufacturing oils and ensure proper operation.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with local codes to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
