Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Tape measure
- Pipe wrench
- Gas leak detector solution
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance from combustible materials and adequate ventilation.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
- Gas Connection: Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe joint compound to all threaded connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure proper polarity and grounding.
- Anti-tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions.
- Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
- Leak Test: Test all gas connections for leaks using leak detector solution. Do not use open flame.
- Initial Burn-in: Operate all burners and oven to burn off manufacturing oils and ensure proper operation.
