Built-in Oven & Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven and range.
  3. Gas/Electric Connection: Connect to appropriate gas line (for gas models) or electrical supply (for electric models) following local codes.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation system according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Gas models require 120V outlet for controls.
  6. Level the Appliance: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the range is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Perform initial test run to check all burners, oven functions, and safety features.
